These guys even go so far as to display their UK Companies House registration documents on the website. Now, the documents are real enough in so far that somebody has used fake information to register this BTC Rainfall company in the UK.
We looked up the names and addresses on the registration information, and of course, it is all totally bogus. However, the real kicker here is that the BTC Rainfall company is not licensed either. You see, a company like this, one which performs financial investment activities, needs to be properly licensed. Well, neither the FCA nor the FTC has ever heard of these guys. This is not a licensed company and it has no legal authority to take, make, or handle investments in any capacity.

Such a vague and elusive explanation in terms of the business and profit model here definitely does not sit right with us! It leads us to believe that this is just an empty shell designed to steal money from people.
